DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses to a fracas in the car park of the Queen’s Head public house in Station Road West, Stowmarket, in which a 43-year-old man sustained cuts to his face.
The incident happened between 10.30pm and 11pm on Friday.
A 19-year-old man from Stowupland was subsequently arrested on suspicion of wounding/ GBH.
The 43-year-old was taken to the West Suffolk Hospital where his cuts were treated, before he was discharged.
The 19-year-old suspect was interviewed before being bailed to return to police on January 30, pending further enquiries.
