Shoppers have been enticed to a town centre with a new car show showcasing around 130 vehicles.
The event was held in Stowmarket’s town centre on Sunday with the organisers promising to make it a yearly-occurrence.
Cars covering a variety of decades were on display, with the oldest an 1931 Austin Seven, and the newest an eight-month-old Toyota GT86.
Andrew Brown organised the event for Stowmarket Town Centre Partnership, he said: “There was a few more cars than we expected which was very good. The cars were amazing to be honest, I have never seen an atmosphere like it in Stowmarket – there was a lot of people there – both car owners and members of the public.”
The event raised cash for Walking with the Wounded. Double amputee, soldier Duncan Slater, helped judge.
