Firefighters believe a van fire in Stowmarket last night was started deliberately.
Three fire engines from Stowmarket, Needham Market and Elmswell went to the incident on the Ipswich Road at around 12.40am this morning July 21 after receiving multiple calls reporting an explosion and a fire.
When the crews arrived the van was well alight. They used two hose reels to fight the blaze and also began dampening down an adjacent building.
The scene was under control by 12:55am and all fire crews had left the incident by 01:14am
