A DOZEN straw bales caught light when fire broke out on a farm in west Suffolk today.
Newmarket firefighters were called just after 5pm to Exning, where a blaze had started in Cotton End Road.
A dozen large straw bales were alight at the site of a sugar beet storage clamp.
A single hose reel was used to bring the flames under control while the farmer removed bales not involved in fire with a forklift.
