Around 50 firefighters were sent to a factory fire in Sudbury early today.
The incident began shortly after 7.15am at Rockwood Pigments in Milner Road on the Chilton Road Industrial Estate.
Six crews from Suffolk including a turntable ladder, along with a command unit, were sent to the scene, along with three crews from Essex.
No one was hurt or trapped in the building, however chemicals are used and stored at the factory making the firefighters task more hazardous
It is understood the fire pierced the outer lining of the building but did not spread to the inside of the premises.
