FIRE crews were called to free a passenger from a car after a crash in Sudbury in the early hours of the morning.
The crash happened in Cats Lane Sudbury at 4.20am and involved one car and an electricity pole.
Two appliances from Sudbury and one from Long Melford attended the scene.
Crews arrived to find three casualties in the care of paramedics and one person trapped in the back of the car.
Hydraulic cutting gear was used to free the fourth casualty and crews returned to base by 6.07am.
