AN inquest into the death of a woman whose body was discovered in the river Stour is due to open today.
Shirley Christiana Cassman, 68, from Melford Road, Sudbury was found dead in the river at Brundon Lane on December 13.
The inquest, which will open and adjourn as a paper exercise only, will take place at the Coroners Office in Raingate Street, Bury St Edmunds.
