A woman in her 70s escaped with minor injuries after the car she was driving flipped onto its side after a crash.
The blue Hyundai she was driving collided with a red Mini in Bures Road, Sudbury, at around noon today.
Andy Bates, paramedic officer at the East of England Ambulance Service, said: “She managed to crawl out of the car herself after it appears that the car glanced off an oncoming vehicle before flipping over.
“She suffered minor injuries to her chest and hand so was taken to West Suffolk General Hospital to be checked over.”
