A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a collision left her trapped inside her vehicle.
Emergency services were called to Girling Street in Sudbury at 2.15pm after a crash between a car and a van.
Firefighters assisted the ambulance service in releasing the woman.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said that the air ambulance was initially called but was not needed on arrival.
She was taken to West Suffolk Hospital where she was due to be treated for minor injuries.
