A Suffolk contemporary artist is to have her work displayed alongside the art scene elite at a prestigious exhibition.

Kirsty Stutter, 40, who lives near Woodbridge, has been shortlisted for the UK’s leading fine art publisher Washington Green’s Summer Exhibition 2017 following a call for innovative visual artists to submit their work to a panel of art reviewers.

The exhibition from July 29 to August 27 at Castle Fine Art in Birmingham’s International Convention Centre will see Kirsty’s work presented alongside the likes of Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood and Raphael Mazzucco.

She said it was a privilege to be chosen to exhibit with some of the biggest names in the industry. She said: “With so much talent in the fine art world it can be difficult to get your work noticed. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in front of an influential audience alongside many other artistic talents and I can’t wait to see the viewers’ reactions to my collection.”
