A SUFFOLK man has been charged with causing death by careless driving after a collision on the A12 near Woodbridge.
Motorcyclist Andrew Henderson, 33, from Colchester, died in the incident, which happened on the northbound carriageway near the turning for Seckford Hall.
Police say they have now charged David Simmons, 57, of Park Lane, Kirton, over the February 19 incident and he is due at South East Suffolk Magistrates Court, Ipswich, on June 20.
