The East Suffolk Travellers Association (ESTA) will be meeting with Suffolk County Council’s Deputy Leader to discuss transport issues.

Cllr Jane Storey who currently holds the responsibility for transport at the council meet with travellers from across the east of the county to discuss their questions and queries on the future of public transport in the area.

All 400 members of ESTA can attend the meeting but organisers say that members of the public are also more than welcome to go along and ask questions or give their opinions on travel in the area.

The meeting will take place at St Mark’s Church Centre, close to the Oulton Broad South Station on February 17 at 2pm.

Organisers are expecting people to attend from as far south as Ipswich and Woodbridge with Halesworth, Beccles and Lowestoft also expected to be represented.

The meeting will come just after the County Council finalises its transport budget.
