Motorists are queuing along part of the A14 this evening following a three-vehicle accident on the westbound carriageway near the Orwell Bridge.
The accident happened near the Wherstead junction at about 8.15pm and traffic has been at a virtual standstill ever since. The crash involved an Audi A3 and a Ford Fiesta.
The main trouble-spot is between the Nacton interchange and the exit for Wherstead Road.
