Police and fire crews have dealt with two accidents on Suffolk’s roads this evening.
The first happened at about 6.40pm on the B1122 at Yoxford and involved three vehicles.
Fire crews from Saxmundham, Southwold and Leiston were sent, but when they arrived they found everybody was out of the vehicles. They stayed at the scene to make the area safe.
Then at 7.35pm, a car caught fire following an accident in Bealings Road, Martlesham.
One fire crew from Woodbridge was sent but again nobody was trapped in the wreckage when they arrived.
They requested the attendance of BT to deal with damaged telephone wires caused by the accident.
