Suffolk: Fire fighters tackle two suspicious blazes

FIRE crews tackled two suspicious Suffolk fires in the early hours of this morning.

They were first called to deal with a refuse fire near the Co-Op in The Drift, Great Cornard, Sudbury, around 1.30am.

Later they put out clothes that were alight on a washing line at a property in Park Hill Leiston, around 2.45am.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue sent a single appliance to each incident. They confirmed both of the minor fires were considered suspicious.
