Firefighters from Suffolk pitched in to help colleagues over the Norfolk border tackle a blaze at an industrial building in the early hours.

The fire broke out at the property in Brandon Road, Methwold, near Thetford, at just after 1am today.

Five crews, including two from Suffolk, were sent to the scene, along with a water carrier and aerial ladder platform.

They used compressed foam and hoses and had put out the fire by 4am.

No-one was hurt during the incident.
