An annual charity football tournament to raise cash for St Elizabeth Hospice has raised hundreds of pounds for the cause.
The event, organised by construction and property consultants Ingleton Wood, featured 12 teams from Suffolk businesses coming together at Rushmere Sports Club for a tournament pitting each firm’s best players against each other.
In the final Ellisons solicitors defeated Ensors accountants 3-0 to claim the trophy, with the day as a whole raising £685 for St Elizabeth Hospice.
David Cresswell, partner at Ingleton Wood said: “St Elizabeth Hospice provides vital support for people and their families when they need it most.
“It is an incredibly worthwhile cause and we are only too happy to do what we can to help.
“The football tournament is an annual event and incredibly popular among our staff and clients.
“I’d like to thank everyone who volunteered their time.”
