Man in court on fraud charge
The former treasurer of a Suffolk gymnastics club has appeared in court accused of defrauding it of £100,000.
Colin Price was the treasurer of Waveney Gymnastics Club at the time of the allegation.
Price, 59, of Heather Gardens, Great Yarmouth, is charged with fraud by abuse of position between January 1, 2009, and September 1, 2015. He appeared at Lowestoft Magistrates’ Court yesterday. Price did not enter a plea and the case was adjourned to Ipswich Crown Court on February 25.
