A MAN has been arrested today as part of an investigation into alleged breaches of privacy, police said.

The 44-year-old is the tenth person to be arrested under Operation Tuleta, which focuses on breaches of privacy alongside the phone-hacking scandal.

The arrest is not directly linked to any news organisation or the activities of journalists, Scotland Yard said.

A Yard spokesman said the man was arrested at business premises in Suffolk at about 10.15am for suspected offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.

He was questioned at a Suffolk police station and later released on bail to return to a London police station on a date in November
