AS this years flock of marathon runners make the final preparations for the big day, their loved ones have been sending messages of support.
Sending a message to their son Allen Smalls, his parents said: “Good luck, enjoy the day! Dad & Barb.xx”
Ian Akers was sent a message by his supporters. It reads: “Good luck to Ian Akers from Woodbridge who is running his second marathon this year in aid of GOSH. We are so proud of you. Lots of love from Jo, Lauren & Frankie. xxx”
If you know someone who will be pounding the streets of London next weekend, send them a message online at our London Marathon page.
