Police were called to 134 reports of people engaging in public sex acts last year.
Reported offences included acts of outraging public decency and exposure.
In total, Suffolk Constabulary responded to 38 reports of outraging public decency, 94 reports of exposure and two reports of attempted exposure.
The figures were revealed by Suffolk Constabulary in response to a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
In Ipswich, police received 16 reports of outraging public decency, one report of attempted exposure and 34 reports of exposure. A total of 26 reports were made in Lowestoft, 14 in Bury St Edmunds, nine in Newmarket, seven in Woodbridge and four in Felixstowe.
June saw the highest number of reports per month (20), followed by May (19), July and October (14). Two of the reports were historical, dating back to 1981 and 2016.
