A motorist has been handed a £200 fine and penalty points on their driving licence after being spotted using a mobile phone at the wheel while driving in snow.
The Norfolk and Suffolk Roads Policing Team spotted the driver of a Mercedes using their mobile phone along the A12 at Woodbridge at around 9.40am this morning.
Officers pulled over the driver, who was issued with a traffic offence report.
It means they will be required to pay a £200 fine and get six penalty points on their licence.
