Students from the Alde Valley Academy in Leiston have been learning about life working in the hospitality industry.
Year 10 and 11 pupils were given a talk by Peter Osborne, the managing director at the TA Hotel Collection which owns hotels like The Brudenell and White Lion.
Peter Osborne said: “It was a pleasure to be invited to Alde Valley and I was very impressed with the enthusiasm and interest shown in a hospitality career by the pupils.
“I hope we can welcome the students at our hotels in the not too distant future for some hands-on experience of life in hotel management.”
Laura Osborne, data and attendance manager at the school said: “We were delighted to welcome Peter at our school.
“His talk helped to raise the aspirations of our students and provided them with valuable information about the various openings for a possible career in the hotel industry.”
