We’ve had a lovely start to the day and things are looking to stay the same with a dry morning and temperatures expected to range from 22-24C across the weekend.

Bits of cloud will be creeping as we head towards midday but they will give way to a healthy dollop of sunshine as we head into the afternoon.

The clouds will return and thicken heading into the evening peppered with small spots of rain but this should all clear by the time Sunday morning comes around.

Things will be dry and fairly sunny on Sunday with light drops of rain and cloud heading in from the west for the evening.

Temperatures will stay largely consistent as the new week begins with Monday bringing more light spatters of ran from the west before dry spells on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The rain and cold is likely to return for Thursday evening but there will be salvation on Friday with things expected to heat up.

This is a list that Suffolk should be proud of - 100 women who are positive role models for future generations, women who have achieved success in a diverse range of fields from business, the arts, sport and education to the third sector.

The list was put together by a panel of judges this summer after we asked readers for their nominations.

Tributes have been paid to the former principal of Chadacre Agricultural College, John Paton Philip MBE, who has died at the age of 92.
