A dry night across the region, with some long clear spells and light winds, will lead to a widespread hard frost by morning and temperatures falling to -4C.

Thursday starts dry and frosty, with some sunny spells but cloud increasing during the day. Some patchy rain will spread east in the afternoon and temperatures could make it up to 7C.

Friday looks breezy with a few showers. Saturday starts dry and frosty, but strong winds and rain will spread east later. Sunday brings a breeze and some showers.
