Visitors to Ipswich Hospital are being urged to stay away if they have felt unwell after a suspected outbreak of the norovirus.

Visitors to Ipswich Hospital are being urged to stay away if they have felt unwell after a suspected outbreak of the norovirus.

Writing on their website the trust said: “We have some suspected norovirus in the Trust and we would urge visitors, if they have felt unwell in the last week, to stay away for the next few days.

“If visitors have any questions, we would ask that they speak to the ward on which their relative is being cared for.

“Any ward or department that has been affected will be informing potential visitors to stay away.”
