A BRAVE swimmer rescued two children who were drifting out to sea in an inflatable dinghy.
The drama unfolded off the coast of Dovercourt yesterday.
Lifeboat crews were called when the dinghy was spotted - but a member of the public reached the craft first and pulled it back to shore.
The youngsters were unhurt and were given safety advice.
