SWINDON boss Alun Rossiter has issued a personal apology to referee Chris Gay.
Rossiter blamed the official on TV for causing a crash between Troy Batchelor and David Norris in Monday's defeat at Eastbourne by putting on the red stoppage lights on the second turn.
But Rossiter has changed his mind after reviewing footage. He said: “I was wrong, Chris stopped it earlier. We need better red lights at tracks in my opinion.”
