POLICE officers using taser guns arrested a man last night while investigating reports of a man with a gun in a Suffolk pub.
POLICE officers using taser guns arrested a man last night while investigating reports of a man with a gun in a Suffolk pub.
The arrest happened after reports of a man being seen with a gun inside a public house in Stowmarket.
A Suffolk police spokesman last night said officers with taser guns were sent to the scene shortly before 9pm and a man was later detained.
The spokesman said the man had been arrested and a firearms offence was being investigated.
The Suffolk Police helicopter was also deployed to the scene.
