COLLEAGUES of West Suffolk Hospital midwife Hannah Seeley who was killed in car crash last year held a tea party to celebrate her life and raise funds in her memory.
The Lark midwifery team held the event at their G-block base in Hospital Road, Bury St Edmunds.
Senior midwife Karen Rayner, who worked with Hannah, said: “As a group, we wanted to do something to celebrate the life of our lovely colleague and show that we have not forgotten her.”
The event took place three weeks before Miss Seeley’s fiance Mark Wade takes part in the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for a birthing pool at the hospital.
Contributions for the homebaked cakes went towards Mr Wade’s three peaks fund.
