Detectives arrested the teenager from Haverhill on Tuesday after a 40-year-old woman was attacked in the town's Ash Grove on Monday night.
Police also quizzed the teenager in connection with sex attacks on a 24-year-old in Castle Walk, Haverhill, on August 10, and a 16-year-old in the town's Eastern Avenue on August 26.
He has been bailed to appear at Bury St Edmunds police station on September 8.
