A TEENAGER who was thrown out of an Ipswich nightclub has been fined for his bad behaviour.
Daniel Barker refused to leave Pals nightclub because he believed he was being blamed for something he did not do, South East Suffolk Magistrates' Court heard.
Emma Lister, prosecuting, said the 19-year-old ignored police requests to move on after being ejected from the club and so he was charged with disorderly behaviour on May 26 to which he pleaded guilty.
Barker, of Mill Lane, Lower Somersham, near Ipswich, apologised to the court and said he was “frustrated that they had got the wrong person”.
Barker who had a previous conviction for a similar matter was fined £100 and told to pay £75 towards court costs.
