A 14-year-old boy was punched in the face during an assault in Carlton Colville near Lowestoft.
According to a spokesman for Suffolk police, two male youths approached the teenage victim between 6.30pm and 7pm on Matlock Dale.
They struck up a conversation with him before taking his black and white bandanna scarf without force.
They then kicked the victim’s BMX bike, causing him to fall off.
The victim was then punched in the face, causing an injury to his face.
He left the scene, leaving his BMX bike behind, however the bike was not stolen and has since been recovered.
