A TEENAGER is due to appear in court charged with threats to kill.
The 18-year-old was arrested in Clacton on Monday after armed police were deployed following reports that a man had been seen with a samurai sword.
The teenager was arrested later and will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today.
