A teenager was taken to hospital after a road traffic collision between a car and a pedestrian yesterday afternoon in Sible Hedingham.
The incident happened on Station Road, Sible Hedingham at around 5.20pm yesterday (January 15).
A volunteer doctor from Suffolk Accident Rescue Service (SARS) was mobilised to the scene.
The SARS doctor worked alongside paramedics from the East of England Ambulance Service to assess and treat a male patient who had suffered hip and knee injuries.
The patient was later taken to the Broomfield Hospital by land ambulance.
