POLICE have issued an e-fit of a man they would like to trace in connection with a sex assault on an 18-year-old woman in Rope Walk, Ipswich.
The victim was walking into town around 10.30pm on Monday, June 22, when she passed the building work at the rear of the college, with a group of female friends.
As he did so a man approached her and lifted up her skirt.
When she turned to challenge him about his behaviour, the man touched her inappropriately and made suggestive remarks to her before walking away.
The attacker is described as white, aged mid 20s, about 5ft 10in to 5ft 11in tall, of slim to average build, with dark eyes and dark eyebrows and was wearing a grey beanie hat, a grey hooded top and dark coloured baggy combat style trousers.
