A charity has reached a million-pound milestone.
The Adnams Charity, founded in 1990 for the brewer’s centenary as a public company, has handed out £1m within 25 miles of Southwold.
The Warren School, in Oulton Broad, recently benefitted from a grant – funded by a percentage of profits, dividends, donations and legacies.
It received £1,000 towards taking 20 pupils of varying special needs to Snowdonia for an outdoor activity week.
