A chainsaw and a cast iron anvil have been stolen in a house theft.
The chainsaw was pinched from a shed and the anvil was taken from outside the front of a house in Thorington between 11pm on Friday and 5:30am on Saturday.
A Suffolk police spokesman said: “Police believe, due to its weight, two people would have been needed to remove the anvil.”
Witnesses and people with information regarding this incident are urged to come forward.
