THOUSANDS of ducklings were killed after fire broke out at a barn in Norfolk.
The blaze started at a duck rearing barn near Attleborough at around 3.15am today.
Fire crews from Wymondham, Watton, Hingham, Attleborough, and a water carrier from Hethersett, were called to the farm in Stalland Common, Great Ellingham.
Some 3,500 ducks were killed in the fire, which firefighters spent around 90 minutes tackling.
