Three people have been arrested after police received reports of a vulnerable man being exploited in Clacton.

A 19-year-old man and two teenage boys were arrested near Skemersdale Road just before 2.40pm yesterday.

All three were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs. One of the teenagers was also arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and theft.

They currently remain in custody for questioning.
