A WOMAN had to be rescued from her car by firefighters following a three-car crash near Bury St Edmunds.
The crash happened at Hungry Hill on the A143 at Ixworth shortly before 10am today.
One crew from Ixworth, one from Elmswell and a third from Bury were sent to the scene. A woman was released from one of the vehicles involved. Her injuries are currently unknown.
The incident was dealt with by 10.35am.
