FIREFIGHTERS were called to rescue three shoppers that had become stuck in a department store lift.
Crews released them from the lift in Marks and Spencers, in Westgate Street at 10.50am today.
They had been stuck in the lift for more than 20minutes.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue said that the three people had were released using a lift key.
