GOLFING super star Tiger Woods has been released from hospital after suffering 'minor facial lacerations' in a car crash outside his Florida home this morning.
Woods, 33, reportedly struck a fire hydrant while driving his 2009 Cadillac sport utility vehicle before driving into a tree on his neighbour's property, according to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The World Number One golfer had been ``admitted, treated and released today in good condition'' from hospital in a serious condition after the incident.
The Orlando Sentinel newspaper reported the car's airbags in the car did not deploy, which suggested that the vehicle was travelling at less than 33mph.
A spokesman for FHP said the incident was still under investigation and charges were pending.
