A motorist has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving after a crash in Tiptree in August.
Jack Stowers, 22, of Winters Road, Layer Marney is due before Colchester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, February 25.
The collision, involving a Lexus LS400 and a black Mitsubishi L200 pickup truck, happened at around 10.10pm on Saturday, August 3, near the B1023 Kelvedon Road and Oak Road junction,
