FIREFIGHTERS have assisted a two-year-old child who had a toilet seat stuck round his neck.
A fire crew from Lowestoft fire station was called to Norfolk Street, Lowestoft, at 12.21pm today.
On arrival the toddler was found with a toilet training seat stuck around his neck.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue said it was unknown how the incident had happened.
The youngster was released within 20 minutes.
