Severe traffic delays in Tattingstone and Brantham have been caused by traffic light failures at some roadworks.
Traffic has been queued from Tattingston to Brantham on the A137 from 7.30am.
The traffic lights failures happened at the Wheatsheaf Crossroads in the roadworks area, with reports that all the lights were red.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route and allow extra time for their journey.
