Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle collision near Felixstowe town centre.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, the ambulance service and police were called to Beatrice Avenue at 8.53am on Friday.
Two fire service vehicles were in attendance. The fire service helped one person out of their vehicle but they were not trapped, and no equipment was used.
The motorists were left in the care of the ambulance service.
However, the extent of the motorists' injuries are not known at this time.
