Rail services between Stowmarket and Norwich were disrupted today due to a signalling fault.

Trains between the two stations were cancelled, delayed or rescheduled during the morning rush-hour.

Engineers from Network Rail arrived on site around 9.25am to fix the issue.

Services were expected to be back to normal by 11am.

Anyone whose journey was delayed by 30 minutes or longer can claim money back from their tickets.

A spokesman for Greater Anglia, which runs services in this area, said: “We apologise for the disruption to your train services this morning.”
