COMMUTERS were tonight facing delays on the trains between London and Norwich after problems with overhead lines.
A spokesman for National Express East Anglia said services were being delayed by up to 45 minutes after two of the four tracks at Romford were closed for repair work to be carried out.
He added: “It is affecting passengers in both directions.
“All the trains have got to funnel through the bottleneck to get through.
“Delays could be anything up to three-quarters of an hour at the moment.
