Firefighters used hydraulic equipment to cut the woman free following the crash on the A1094, between Saxmundham and Aldeburgh.
Crews from the two towns worked together with Leiston firefighters from around 8.45pm to release the woman from her Peugeot car using rescue gear.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash near Friston and the woman was the only casualty.
She was taken by ambulance to hospital but the extent of her injuries is yet to be confirmed.
Emergency services declared the area safe and left the scene at around 9.45pm.
